Was the box special in some way (other than the not-fitting-the-shade aspect)? Do they assume you have no cardboard? Are they worried that you would send them a broken shade in an envelope?Lumpyheadsmomhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15448242506597812607noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30041279.post-1153837416107466052006-07-25T10:23:00.000-04:002006-07-25T10:23:00.000-04:00What's better than an empty box? We plan on returning the correspondence, but art usually waits 'til weekends when Mommy's around.

Thanks Em!!Mom at Workhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05440832490357431084noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30041279.post-1153800723446830112006-07-25T00:12:00.000-04:002006-07-25T00:12:00.000-04:00I like getting boxes in the mail, but empty boxes,...I like getting boxes in the mail, but empty boxes, not so much.

When things go wrong with my pump, they send me a new pump in a box, with a padded envelope inside for the return pump. They also include a very detailed letter about what I'm supposed to do with the envelope which really is: insert old pump, seal envelope, have receptionist call DHL to pick it up (we no longer have a DHL drop box in our building). It's sort of the reverse extreme of communications from your shad company.
Good luck with the pick-up, repair and re-delivery!Auntly Hhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13271658451098055528noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30041279.post-1153785265881548692006-07-24T19:54:00.000-04:002006-07-24T19:54:00.000-04:00So I could take down the shade and put it into sai...So I could take down the shade and put it into said box, then return it to HQ for repair.Emhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01630387318109886277noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30041279.post-1153775285635524402006-07-24T17:08:00.000-04:002006-07-24T17:08:00.000-04:00Why in heaven's name would they send you an empty ...Why in heaven's name would they send you an empty box?
